Responsibilities

• Follow resident assignment schedules as directed by the Charge Nurse or Unit Manager.
• Assist residents with mobility needs, including walking with ambulatory residents or pushing wheelchairs.
• Provide assistance with personal needs and daily living activities in a safe, patient, and respectful manner.
• Observe residents and promptly report any unusual or abnormal behavior or condition changes.
• Promote safety and compliance in daily routines.
