Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Sponsor Advisory Partners to provide strategic, operational, and capital-market guidance directly to deal sponsors.

This is not a traditional employment role. Advisors operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Sponsor Advisory Partners:

Advise sponsors on capital raising, deal structuring, and strategic positioning

Mentor analysts and deal scouts, building internal capacity and credibility

Access curated deal flow, earning opportunities, and platform-driven exposure

Build a verified Advisor Track Record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for experienced sponsors, operators, ex-investment bankers, or senior consultants with a proven record of closing transactions, raising capital, or leading sponsor-level investment initiatives.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Sponsor Advisory Partners may:

Advise deal sponsors on capital strategy, LP engagement, and fundraising positioning

Support sponsor-led deal structuring, diligence oversight, and negotiation strategy

Mentor analysts and deal scouts on modeling, diligence, and transaction execution

Provide portfolio advisory services, operational insights, and value creation guidance

Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors, co-investors, or strategic partners

Note: Advisors focus on high-level sponsor strategy and relationship-driven deal activation. They do not perform day-to-day transactional modeling unless separately approved.

Eligible Advisory Areas

Sponsor capital raising and LP communications

Deal structuring, transaction oversight, and sponsor-led investment strategy

Operational and portfolio company advisory for sponsor-backed deals

Mentorship and technical training for analysts and deal scouts

Investor relations, network strategy, and sponsor positioning

Approval is granted based on experience, sponsor track record, and demonstrated ability to advise on live transactions.

Compensation & Deal Economics

Advisors are independent contractors

Hourly rates: $200–$500, based on experience, track record, and engagement scope

Transaction-based incentives may be earned for advisory on closed deals

Payments issued after successful completion of advisory milestones or deal closure

No cap on earning potential for consistent high-value contributions
