Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for a Splunk Platform Engineer at Arnold Air Force Base, Tennessee. The role focuses on design, administration, security, and sustainment of the Splunk Enterprise platform and its Linux-based infrastructure to support USAF Test Operations and Sustainment efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience.
• DoD security clearance eligibility required to access AEDC networks.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for employment at AEDC.

Responsibilities

• Administer and sustain Splunk Enterprise infrastructure, including installation, configuration, patching, upgrading, backup, recovery, and lifecycle management.
• Configure, operate, and maintain Splunk components (search heads, indexers, deployment servers, forwarders, license management).
• Develop, maintain, and optimize SPL searches, dashboards, alerts, and reports to support operational and cybersecurity requirements.
