• Hands-on Splunk Administration, index management, and query optimization.
• Experience onboarding customers and data sources into Splunk.
• Experience supporting monitoring, logging, and observability environments.
• Ability to meet SLAs and incident management processes.
• W2 or C2C engagement in Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and support enterprise Splunk environments.
• Onboard new customers, applications, and data sources into the Splunk observability platform.
• Troubleshoot Splunk-related performance issues, parsing errors, and search bottlenecks.
• Develop, test, and maintain standard and custom technology solutions aligned with architecture standards.
• Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, security, network, middleware, and application teams.
• Support operational management of technology products in accordance with SLAs.
• Contribute to technology roadmaps, engineering standards, and automation initiatives.
• Monitor system health, analyze telemetry logs, troubleshoot alerts, and ensure maximum platform reliability.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, system runbooks, and customer onboarding integration guides.
