Job summary

Epic Systems Corporation is seeking a Splunk Engineer to optimize and maintain our cloud installation and help teams realize the potential of the Splunk platform. This role is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and relocation to the area is required with financial assistance.

You'll collaborate with IT operations, Security, R&D and BI teams to deploy use cases, monitor performance, and ensure reliable data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Experience or interest in Splunk administration; Cribl experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and technologies; GitLab experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code concepts and technologies; Ansible and Terraform are a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

• Optimize and maintain Epic's Splunk cloud installation.
• Help teams realize the potential of the Splunk platform through new use cases.
