Epic Systems Corporation is seeking a Splunk Engineer to optimize and maintain our cloud Splunk installation, serving IT operations, Security, R&D, and BI teams. The role is based on our Madison, WI campus and requires relocation to the area.

We recruit nationally and provide relocation assistance, with opportunities to create and implement new use cases for Splunk and impact healthcare software delivery globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 1+ year of Splunk Administration experience; Cribl experience is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD concepts; GitLab experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts; Ansible and Terraform are pluses.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and maintain Epic's cloud Splunk installation.
• Help teams realize the potential of the Splunk platform across IT operations, Security, R&D, and BI.
