First Student in Venetia, PA is hiring part-time School Van Drivers to help transport students safely to and from school each day. You’ll start the day with pre‑school pickup and finish with an after‑school drop‑off.

No experience is required—we provide paid training. Compensation starts at $20.10/hour (lift van $21.89/hour) with a $2,000 sign‑on bonus for experienced drivers, plus medical/dental/vision benefits and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Do not have a college degree or high school diploma.
• Military experience is considered.
• Returning to workforce or retirees welcome.

Responsibilities

• Split shift with early morning and after-school duties.
• No nights or weekends unless you choose to.
• Additional hours available through trips and charters when offered.
