We are seeking an experienced Fiber Splicing Foreman with data center experience to lead fiber crews on large-scale projects. This is a hands‑on role responsible for managing inside plant (ISP) fiber work, ensuring quality, production, and safety.

Key Responsibilities / Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise fiber splicing crews on-site Dirigir y supervisar equipos de empalme de fibra en el sitio
• Perform and oversee fusion splicing (single-mode, ribbon fiber) Realizar y supervisar empalmes por fusión (fibra monomodo y ribbon)
• Read and interpret fiber diagrams, prints, and MOPs Leer e interpretar diagramas de fibra, planos y MOPs
• Manage daily production and crew assignments Gestionar la producción diaria y asignación de tareas

Required Qualifications / Requisitos
