Role Description

The Splatter Paint/Axe Throwing Assistant is a part-time, on-site role located at Stumpy's Hatchet House in Hershey, PA. This role supports both splatter paint experiences and axe throwing sessions by setting up materials, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and guiding guests through basic instructions and safety rules. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and checking in guests, explaining activity guidelines, assisting with equipment and paint supplies, monitoring guest participation for safety, and resetting spaces between sessions. The Assistant also helps with light cleaning, restocking, and customer service, ensuring guests feel supported, informed, and engaged throughout their visit. Evening and weekend availability is often required to meet guest demand.
