Job summary

Concordia Visiting Nurses, part of Concordia Lutheran Ministries, seeks a part-time Spiritual Care Coordinator who brings compassionate faith-based support to patients and families at the end of life.

As ordained or licensed clergy, you will provide spiritual care, lead prayers, collaborate with hospice staff, and assist with memorial services. A calm, listening presence and reliable transportation are essential.
