Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, university, seminary or divinity school.
• Two units of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) completed or within one year of hire.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Church endorsement and Catholic Diocese requirements compliance.
• Ability to work with patients/family, clergy and volunteers of varying faith backgrounds; flexible hours including nights/weekends.
