Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a route-based Merchandiser to manage product placement across assigned stores, ensuring proper stock levels, displays, and rotations. The role requires travel, manual lifting, and use of store-ordering systems.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma and 6 months related experience, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Benefits include medical/dental/vision and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older or meet state minimum age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation with acceptable driving record and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds regularly and up to 170 pounds when needed.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Utilize company technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload display/backstock photos to document execution.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and product freshness.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
