Gopuff is seeking a Store Associate to deliver excellent customer service, drive sales, and manage cashier responsibilities across our Kentucky stores, including Louisville. You will greet customers, recommend products, maintain inventory, and ensure smooth checkout operations.

The role requires a flexible schedule, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team. Prior retail or customer service experience is valued, and the company emphasizes safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• One year as a store associate or customer service representative.
• Strong interpersonal skills for customer and team relations.
• Positive, engaging attitude and demeanor.
• Ability to stand, move, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform basic duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build rapport while informing them of BRS products and services.
• Drive sales through knowledge of BRS products and customer recommendations.
• Replenish and maintain inventory across departments.
• Perform cashier functions and process transactions.
• Balance the register and provide receipts.
• Support store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Assist in promotions and setting up events.
• Deliver items to customers and follow delivery routes.
