Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a spine service in the western Philadelphia suburbs. This full-time role combines OR-based spine first‑assist duties with outpatient clinic responsibilities, offering a total compensation up to the $150Ks with bonus potential.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree, completed PA/NP training, PA/NP licensure in PA, and at least one year of clinical spine OR experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program required.
• Pennsylvania license or eligibility.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience with spine operating room experience.
• Strong evaluation and decision‑making skills; team‑oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Spine surgical first‑assist responsibilities.
• Two days in the OR and three days in the clinic.
• Outpatient patient care in a collaborative orthopedic setting.
