Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license required.
• Experience in spine, orthopedics, neurosurgery, or surgical specialty preferred.
• Ability to work across clinic, hospital, and surgical settings.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a high-performing team.
• Flexibility to travel between OrthoVirginia locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clinic: perform exams, obtain histories, and develop plans.
• OR: assist with perioperative care and coordination.
• Call: participate in rotation and share updates.
• Preoperative: assess readiness and facilitate patient understanding.
• Documentation: complete orders and ensure compliance.
