The role is 100% outpatient with collaboration across spine and general orthopedic specialties, and potential participation in imaging and therapy ancillary revenues. Qualifications

• Fellowship-trained in spine surgery.
• Board Certification/Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Active licensure or eligibility for Virginia state license.
• Experience with complex spinal procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with general orthopedic, joint replacement, sports medicine, and trauma teams.
• Perform spinal procedures such as fusion, disc replacement, laminectomy, and decompression.
• participate in general orthopedic call and manage patient care across the spine service.
