Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in Chicagoland is seeking a spine surgeon to join a full-spectrum MSK platform. You’ll practice within a system designed around the patient, with a last-resort philosophy toward surgery and strong non-operative options before operating.

On day one you’ll carry a full caseload with 1–3 dedicated APPs, collaborate across imaging, PT, and pain management, and have a path to partnership and equity for surgeons who invest in building something durable.

Qualifikationen

• BC/BE in orthopedic surgery with fellowship training in spine.
• Desire to practice in a patient‑first system with emphasis on non-operative care before surgery.
• Ability to coordinate care across imaging, PT, pain management, and surgical planning.

• Manage a high-volume spine patient population with collaboration from APPs.
• Contribute to research, product development, and clinical trials within Genesis.
