Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current Virginia Physical Therapist license (or eligibility).
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for spine/orthopedic conditions.
• Provide post-operative rehabilitation following spine procedures (discectomy, laminectomy, fusion, disc replacement).
• Deliver evidence-based treatment using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional movement training.
• Educate patients on posture, mechanics, pain management, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
• Collaborate with spine surgeons and multidisciplinary providers to coordinate patient care.
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture.
