Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is assisting an award-winning hospital in Monterey Bay in recruiting a BE/BC Neurosurgeon with fellowship training in Spine Surgery. You will join a team of 2 neurosurgeons and support staff, serving a robust referral network in a beautiful coastal region.

The opportunity offers a $875,000 base salary with productivity bonuses and annual incentives, plus a $100,000 recruitment incentive for sign-on and relocation.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified neurosurgeon with fellowship training in spine surgery.
• Be/BC Neurosurgery with spine fellowship required.

Responsibilities

• Join an established neurosurgery team in the Monterey Bay Area.
• Provide expert neurosurgical care to patients in the region.
• Collaborate with referring physicians within a robust referral network.
• Engage in 32 patient care hours and 4 administrative hours per week.
