Job summary

University of Utah seeks a Spine/MSK Nurse Practitioner to provide specialized care at the Greenwood HealthCenter, 540 Arapeen. You will assess patients, order tests, and partner with a PM&R physician to formulate treatment plans. This full-time position supports sports/spine clinics.

Must hold Utah NP licensure; ACLS/BLS/NRP/ATLS may be required. You will participate in education and quality initiatives, with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner licensure in Utah.
ACLS/BLS/NRP/ATLS may be required by department.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients in spine/MSK care.
Collaborate with PM&R physician and other teams.
Take comprehensive medical histories for consults.
Order consultations and diagnostic tests as needed.
Develop treatment plans with attending physician.

Education

Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent

Utah NP licensure
