Jackson Physician Search is seeking a BE/BC Neurosurgeon with a spine-focused practice for a Phoenix-based medical center. You will join 8 Neurosurgeons, 7 Neurologists, and experienced APPs, with 2–3 OR days and 1–2 clinic days weekly.

Expect a predictable schedule, a strong referral base, and income potential in the 75th percentile. The role includes a $1.1M base salary potential plus lucrative call pay, along with full benefits.

This thriving 400+ bed Phoenix medical center is seeking a BE/BC Neurosurgeon for a spine-focused role within a respected, well-supported team.

The Position:

• Trauma call 4-7 days per month.
• Clinic volume of 20-25 patients per day.
• Join 8 Neurosurgeons, 7 Neurologists, and experienced APPs.
• 2-3 OR days and 1-2 clinic days weekly.
• $1.1MM Base Salary Potential + Lucrative Call Pay.
