Job summary

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of production experience; Fork Truck certification is preferred. Safety compliance and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years production machine operator experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Must pass drug and alcohol screen.
• Must follow safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate and calibrate machinery to be production-ready.
• Weight materials and follow work processes.
• Use hand tools and operate industrial-powered equipment.
• Monitor, log, and record process data.
• Assist in changeovers and maintain cleanliness.
