Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience actively leading group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) if required.
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats must be trained and licensed to teach those formats.
• Current CPR/AED certification; First Aid certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead fitness classes and create innovative routines for participants.
• Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and a positive attitude in the studio.
• Motivate and engage participants while collaborating with the studio team.
