We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speed and Strength Coach to lead and develop our RCHS Community Education Speed and Strength program.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for training young athletes of varying skill levels, developing effective year‑around plans, and instilling discipline and teamwork. Key duties include teaching lifting techniques, preparing athletes for competitions, and ensuring a safe and motivating environment. Strong leadership, communication skills, and a passion for mentoring athletes are essential. Previous coaching experience and a deep understanding of weight and speed training are preferred.
This position will begin immediately and will run programming through August 2026. Rate of pay $30.00 per hour.
