Welo Data is seeking Data Labeling Analysts to support speech and language AI datasets in a high-volume, onsite setting across Bay Area locations. This role emphasizes precision, consistency, and adherence to detailed labeling guidelines, with emphasis on audio and language data handling.

Candidates should have Czech language fluency, strong communication skills, and either 1 year of labeling experience or a related bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Czech
• Strong written communication skills and language fundamentals
• 1 year of work experience in data labeling, annotation, or content-focused work; or a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume data labeling and annotation tasks across speech datasets.
• Follow guidelines to ensure consistency, accuracy, and data integrity at scale.
• Work with audio and language data, including transcription and tagging.
• Maintain throughput while meeting quality expectations.
• Escalate unclear cases appropriately.
• Adapt to evolving guidelines and workflows.
• Support baseline data production for AI training pipelines.
• Contribute to team calibrations and quality sessions.
