Job summary

Southeast Health in Dothan, Alabama, is seeking a Staff Speech-Language Pathologist who is licensed and holds a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology with CCC-SLP. You will evaluate and treat patients in inpatients and outpatients upon physician referral, serving all ages from birth to 100+ years, in a compassionate, evidence-based approach.

The role is day shift, per diem, 0.2 FTE, offering collaboration within the Speech Therapy Department and opportunities to contribute to a busy acute care

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Licensed to practice in Alabama and CCC-SLP certification.
• Prefer at least 1 year in acute care or rehabilitation settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language evaluations and treatments based on physician referrals.
• Serve patients across birth to 100+ years in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with the Speech Therapy Department and document care appropriately.
