Rebound Physical Therapy in Topeka, KS is expanding and seeks a Speech Therapist to join our outpatient private practice.

We are hiring PRN, part-time or full-time therapists to serve a diverse patient population across pediatric to adult. ASHA certification and state licensure required; benefit package options available.

Our team emphasizes collaborative care, ongoing growth, and restoring communication and swallowing abilities in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• Valid state license or certification as a Speech Therapist.
• ASHA certification required by Medicaid.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide speech therapy services to patients with various communication disorders.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Maintain detailed patient records and progress reports.
• Hours: Monday–Friday; no weekends.

Education

• Bachelor degree

Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Speech Therapist
• Strong patient care and interpersonal skills
• Assist with pediatric to adult population
• Must be ASHA certified due to Medicaid requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to determine speech and language disorders, cognitive communication disorders and/or swallowing/feeding disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Provide speech therapy services to patients with various communication disorders
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Maintain detailed patient records and progress reports
• Hours: M-F- no weekends required.
