West Village Post Acute is a skilled nursing facility located at 8 N. Texas Avenue in Greenville, South Carolina. Successful candidates will have the following:

• Bachelor's Degree in an associated field
• Advanced degree preferred
• Certification to practice in South Carolina
• Experience in a long-term care setting is helpful

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

The ST will implement care plans for residents based on physician treatment plans, record treatment notes, and monitor weekly progress. Participation in patient care and rehabilitation conferences is expected as needed.
