Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for Harrisburg, PA, to deliver in-home and senior living care. The role emphasizes autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful patient outcomes with the option to incorporate telehealth and virtual care into schedules.

You will treat older adults across homes and communities, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and document thoroughly in the EMR while maintaining regulatory standards. A licensed SLP in PA or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to obtain
• Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults wherever they call home (private residences, senior living communities)
• Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness and independence
• Document effectively within the EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists)
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility
