Qualifications

• State of Iowa SLP license or eligible to sit for board exams.
• New grads and Clinical Fellows welcome to apply.
• Experience preferred but willingness to invest in new grads and CFs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and direct customized speech therapy programs.
• Provide counseling, prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Conduct screenings and diagnoses of communication and swallowing disorders.
• Deliver direct treatment to improve speech, language, and swallowing function.
• Work with residents and staff to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
