Qualifications

• Must hold State of Iowa Speech-Language Pathologist License or be eligible to sit for board exams.
• New grads and Clinical Fellows welcome to apply.
• Experience preferred but we’re willing to invest in growth for early-career therapists.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and direct customized speech therapy programs.
• Provide counseling, prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Conduct screenings and diagnoses of communication and swallowing disorders.
• Deliver direct treatment to help patients improve speech, language, and swallowing function.
• Work closely with residents and staff to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
