Job summary

Mercy in Missouri seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive treatment programs for assigned patients in line with departmental policies. Education: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology; Licensure: current or provisional SLP license; Certifications: ASHA within 1 year; BLS certified; must respond to emergencies.

Preferred: 1 year experience; care for patients of all ages preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current or provisional SLP licensure in applicable state.
• ASHA certification within 1 year of hire; extensions at leader discretion.
• BLS certification required; able to respond to emergencies.
• Preferred: one year of experience; care for patients of all ages preferred.

Position Details:

Education: Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology.
Licensure: Current or provisional Speech Language Pathologist license in applicable State of practice.
Experience:
Certifications: Certification from American Speech and Hearing Association within 1 year of hire, extension at discretion of leader and clinical fellowship supervisor. BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently.
Other: Must be able to respond to emergency situations.
Preferred Experience: One year of experience. Experience in caring for patients of all ages preferred.
