• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and assist in developing therapy plans with physicians.

• Observe, document, and report patient responses and condition changes to the healthcare team.
• Educate patients, families, caregivers, and team members on speech therapy techniques and strategies.
• Adapt to diverse home environments and serve clients regardless of age, race, creed, or background.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed in Speech Therapy within the relevant state.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, or access to public transit.
• Preferred: CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days) and availability for weekend rotations.

Compensation & Benefits:
