Milestone Therapy in Homewood, IL is seeking a Speech Therapist to join our hybrid pediatric program. The role focuses on evaluating and treating pediatric clients, developing individualized plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

Qualified applicants will hold an Illinois Speech Therapy License and bring 1–2 years of pediatric experience, along with strong communication and teamwork skills and a passion for helping children reach their potential.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Speech Therapy License is required.
• 1–2 years of pediatric experience preferred (new grads encouraged).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients.
