Job summary

Mercy seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to join a compassionate team. The candidate must hold a Master’s Degree in Speech/Language Pathology and a current or provisional SLP license in the applicable state. ASHA certification within 1 year of hire and BLS certification are required.

Emergency response capability is essential. One year of experience is preferred, along with experience caring for patients of all ages.

Position Details:

• Education: Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology.
• Licensure: Current or provisional Speech Language Pathologist license in applicable State of practice.
• Experience:
• Certifications: Certification from American Speech and Hearing Association within 1 year of hire, extension at discretion of leader and clinical fellowship supervisor. BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently.
• Other: Must be able to respond to emergency situations.
• Preferred Experience: One year of experience. Experience in caring for patients of all ages preferred.
