Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to provide feeding therapy for infants and toddlers in Delaware. The role supports flexible scheduling and a collaborative team committed to quality care.

You will conduct in-home feeding sessions, work with families in their natural environments, and access ongoing education, travel stipends, weekly pay, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Infant and Toddler feeding experience required.
• NICU feeding therapy experience preferred.
• License active and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with families to develop and implement safe feeding techniques.
• Support the family in their natural environment to promote success with infant feeding.
• Uses electronic documentation system for each visit.
• Complete weekly visits.

BAYADA is currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide feeding therapy services for Infants and Toddlers in Delaware.

How we prepare our Feeding SLP's for Success:

• Comprehensive training and professional development

• 24/7 clinical support

Available Feeding SLP Shifts:

• Part Time: 18 visits per week M-F


• Per Diem: 5 visits per week M-F

Feeding SLP Responsibilities include:

• Work closely with families to develop and implement safe feeding techniques

• Complete weekly visits

Requirements:

• Infant and Toddler feeding experience is required

Pay: Up to $85 per feeding visit
