Mercy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive individualized treatment programs for patients across ages in accordance with department policies.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current or provisional SLP licensure, and ASHA certification within 1 year of hire. BLS is required, with readiness to respond to emergencies and support patient care.

• Master’s degree in Speech/Language Pathology.
• Current or provisional SLP license in applicable state.
• ASHA certification within 1 year of hire.
• BLS certification.
• Must be able to respond to emergency situations.
• One year of experience preferred.

Position Details:

• Education: Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology.
• Licensure: Current or provisional Speech Language Pathologist license in applicable State of practice.
• Experience: Preferred Experience: One year of experience. Experience in caring for patients of all ages preferred.
• Certifications: Certification from American Speech and Hearing Association within 1 year of hire, extension at discretion of leader and clinical fellowship supervisor. BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently. Other: Must be able to respond to emergency situations.
