Job summary

Courtland Rehabilitation And Healthcare Center is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (PRN) to assess and treat residents with speech, language, and cognitive-communication disorders. You will design individual therapy plans in accordance with state and federal regulations, documenting progress and adjusting interventions as needed.

Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team to maximize residents' communication abilities and quality of life in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed SLP in VA.
• Experience in Speech Therapy with older adults is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify patient needs and deliver speech therapy services per state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with center staff to promote residents' physical, mental and psychosocial well-being.
