Job summary

Milestone Therapeutic Services Inc. is seeking an experienced licensed Speech Therapist to join our team in Washington, DC. You will meet with new patients, assess their speech needs, and create personalized treatment plans to help them reach their goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients for the first time in their speech journey, answering introductory questions.
• Make evaluations and create treatment plans customized for that patient, setting short and long term goals for their speech and wellness.
• Assist in the implementation of the treatment plan, adjusting as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
• Maintaining excellent records of patient needs, care, and outcome.
• Work closely with the family of the patients and the patients itself to ensure they have the knowledge and tools they need for success.
