Job summary

Concierge Home Care in Panama City, FL, is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide intermittent in-home therapy. You will assess, develop goals, and deliver treatment under supervision, collaborating with patients and families to improve communication and swallowing functions.

A valid SLP license in the state, reliable transportation, and a willingness to engage in ongoing education are required; two years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of practice.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance (required).
• Two years of experience in speech therapy (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients in their homes on an intermittent basis.
• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate speech, language, and swallowing conditions.
• Develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans in collaboration with patients and caregivers.
• Deliver therapy based on physician orders and care plans under supervision of the Director of Clinical Services or Clinical Manager.
• Educate patients and caregivers on strategies to improve communication and swallowing function.

Your Role as a Speech Therapist:
