Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program.
• Current ASHA certification or eligibility for certification.
• Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with communication and swallowing disorders.
• Implement and deliver evidence-based therapies, including speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and physical therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
