Job summary

Concierge Home Care is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy in Odessa, FL. You’ll evaluate and treat communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders in patients’ homes, with autonomy to plan your daily schedule and choose flexible shifts.

The role integrates AI-assisted charting and WellSky/Kinnser EMR to streamline documentation, with mentorship and CEU opportunities, plus mileage reimbursement and a $1,000 referral bonus for hires.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders.
• Provide therapy focused on communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders.
• Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to improve functional outcomes.

Your Role as a Home Health Speech-Language Pathologist

As a Home Health SLP, you will provide skilled speech therapy services in the comfort of patients’ homes while helping them improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function.
