Job summary

Powerback is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to help patients regain communication and swallowing abilities across settings. You will design and implement individualized rehab plans, track progress, and collaborate with care teams to maximize outcomes.

You’ll educate patients and families, maintain detailed documentation, and adapt sessions to each patient’s needs while ensuring safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech, language, swallowing rehabilitation.
• Design and execute individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and care teams.
• Document progress and adjust plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and caregivers for carryover at home.

Responsibilities

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you help patients get their power back. You are the person who can help people communicate, swallow, and work to diminish or remediate disorders or deficits. In doing this, you take responsibility for the effective and efficient delivery of rehab services, you design the plan, and work with patients to execute those plans.

You‘re a healer and a helper, which is why you got into this line of work.

• A Master‘s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.


• Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice.

Posted Salary Range: USD $39.00 - USD $48.00 /Hr. Bonus: USD $10,000.00
