Powerback is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to help patients regain communication and swallowing abilities, delivering high-quality rehab services and designing personalized care plans. You will engage with patients to implement these plans and monitor progress in diverse settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a team and teaching patients and caregivers, with a strong focus on restoring independence and communication effectiveness across home, school, and clinical environments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required and ASHA-consistent.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee treatment plans for patients to restore communication, swallowing, and related functions.
• Deliver rehab services efficiently and effectively according to plans.
• Act as a teacher to train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence.
• Collaborate with peers and refer to other providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Engage in various settings and adapt to patients’ needs across environments.

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you help patients get their power back. You are the person who can help people communicate, swallow, and work to diminish or remediate disorders or deficits. In doing this, you take responsibility for the effective and efficient delivery of rehab services, you design the plan, and work with patients to execute those plans.

Qualifications

• A Master‘s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders or similarly-titled area that is consistent and acceptable to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
• Licensed, certified or credentialed, as required in the state of practice.

Posted Salary Range: USD $33.38 - USD $42.79 /Hr. Bonus: USD $10,000.00
