Regency Florence, a skilled nursing facility in Florence, Oregon, seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our in-house therapy team. You will evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders, coordinating with physicians and care staff.
You will perform initial evaluations, document OASIS assessments, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the care team.
Strong rehabilitation team in house
Large well equipped Rehab gym
Healthy skilled census averaging between 10-15
Skilled Nursing, Rehabilitation Therapy, Long-Term Care, and Respite Care
The Speech Therapist evaluates and treats residents and patients with temporary or long-term speech, hearing, swallowing and cognitive disabilities in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
