Job summary

NHC HealthCare North Augusta is seeking a PRN ASHA Certified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house therapy team providing high-quality rehabilitative treatment in a skilled nursing setting.

Experience with Medicare regulations is preferred; proficiency in evidence-based dysphagia techniques is a plus. Candidates must have a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology, SC licensure, and CCC-SLP certification.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from an approved curriculum.
• South Carolina Speech Therapist license and CCC-SLP (ASHA) credentials.
• Must be flexible and reliable.
• Prior SNF experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitative speech-language pathology services to residents in a skilled nursing facility.
• Assist with dysphagia treatment using evidence-based techniques when applicable.
• Maintain compliance with Medicare regulations and collaborate with therapy team.

NHC HealthCare North Augusta is currently seeking a PRN ASHA Certified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their team of professionals in providing the highest quality rehabilitative treatment. Experience in skilled nursing rehab and Medicare regulations preferred. Proficiency in evidence based dysphagia treatment techniques a plus.

Requirements

• Must have Masters degree from an approved curriculum in Speech Pathology or its equivalent.
• Must have South Carolina Speech Therapist license & Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech/Language/Hearing Association
• Must be flexible & reliable
• Prior SNF experience a plus!
