Job summary

Stellar Therapy Services is hiring a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide school-based services, collaborating with educators and families to help students develop essential communication skills.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students, create individualized plans, and monitor progress while maintaining compliant documentation and reporting. A supportive admin team and flexible scheduling accompany the role.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology; licensure/eligibility.
  • CCC-SLP certification may be required.
  • Experience in school settings is preferred.
  • Knowledge of communication disorders (speech, language, fluency, articulation, voice).
  • Strong collaboration, communication, organization, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines within a school setting.
  • Familiarity with IEPs and school-based service delivery is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assess students' speech, language, and communication needs using evaluation tools and clinical judgment.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student goals and educational needs.
  • Provide direct therapy in individual and small groups.
  • Monitor progress, document accurately, and update goals.
  • Participate in eligibility, IEP, and student support team meetings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families to support communication development.
  • Recommend accommodations and assistive strategies as appropriate.
  • Prepare and maintain reports and compliance documentation in a timely manner.
  • Support prevention and intervention efforts for speech-language concerns.
  • Adhere to district policies, professional standards, and regulations.

Education

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
State licensure or eligibility
CCC-SLP certification (if applicable)
Experience in educational setting

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to provide speech and language services in a school-based setting. In this role, you will support students in developing the communication skills they need to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. You will collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to deliver individualized services and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as required.
  • Current certification or eligibility for certification from the appropriate professional organization, if applicable.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in an educational setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of speech, language, fluency, articulation, voice, and related communication disorders.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, organization, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage a caseload, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a school environment.
  • Familiarity with individualized education programs and school-based service delivery preferred.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs.
  • Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate therapy activities.
  • Knowledge of progress monitoring and data-driven service planning.
  • Proficiency with educational and clinical documentation systems.
