Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide patient-focused speech and language rehabilitation in a supportive environment. You will develop personalized treatment plans, assess progress, and contribute to a collaborative team dedicated to improving patients' communication outcomes.

You will work within a leading national inpatient rehabilitation organization, with opportunities for growth and access to advanced therapy tools and a strong patient-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
