Job summary

Live Well Homecare in Jensen Beach, FL is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, develop, and administer personalized speech and language treatment plans for patients receiving in-home care.

You will identify speech issues, modify therapy approaches, document progress, and support patients' improvements with compassionate communication coaching. A Florida licensure and CCC are required, CPR within 30 days, Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold state licensure or certification.
• CCC required (Speech-Language Pathology)
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
