Banner Wyoming Medical Center seeks a PRN Speech Therapist to join a multidisciplinary Rehab team evaluating and treating patients with speech, language, cognition, voice, swallowing, and fluency disorders. The role covers 8:00am–4:30pm on weekdays and on-call weekends, with weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.
The position requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current licensure in Wyoming, and CCC-SLP or CFY acceptance, plus BLS.

As a PRN Speech Therapist, you will work alongside our skilled multidisciplinary Rehab team that is willing to share and learn together. You will evaluate, develop plan of treatment and carry out treatment for a wide variety of patient diagnoses, including Neuro, ICU, Surgical, and Telemetry. PRN Speech Therapist Coverage: 1 Weekend a month (on-call shift) and working during the weekday as needed to help cover vacation or sick time. Shifts during the week will be 8:00am-4:30pm and on-call shifts during the weekend will be 8:00am-4:00pm on Saturday and Sunday.

This position provides screening, evaluation, and rehabilitation services for patients with speech and language disorders related to speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, swallowing, and fluency. This position plans and carries out specialized treatment programs, documents treatment, and maintains data regarding patient care. This position demonstrates the clinical competence and knowledge necessary to provide treatment appropriate to the age of the patients served.
Internal customers: All levels of nursing management and staff, medical staff, and all other members of the interdisciplinary health care team. External Customers: Physician offices, patient families, third party payers, and medical supply companies.
